The house extends over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living and dining room with fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a double bedroom and a modern bathroom. From the living-dining area you reach a spacious covered terrace. On the upper floor you will find three double bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a spacious terrace with breathtaking panoramic view of Lloret de Mar and the Mediterranean Sea. The completely enclosed property has a chill-out area with a built-in barbecue, a small pool (diameter approx. 3 m) and a parking space.

A bus stop is located near the house with connection to the center of Lloret de Mar.
